If you have a maintanance issue and call Satis we will bill you only for on site time and any parts (if required). If your problem cannot be resolved on site in a timely maner we will provide and estimate for costs and time to resolve off site.
Data recovery costs will be determined by the severity of the problem and effort agreed to attempt recovery.
At Satis we generally operate on fixed price quotation.Once the requirements specification have been agreed a fixed price quote will be offered. The quote is the price you will have to pay assuming the requirements do not change throughout the project period.
If the requirements are fluid and are likely to evolve as development progresses Satis will be happy to work on a hourly rate basis.
Lager projects can be broken down into phases with agree deliverables and dates.
Payment will be in three parts , each one third
of the agree price.
The first payment will be due with the delivery of the Prototype mock up
The second will be due on delivery.
The third will be due after handover.
Satis will provide full support for 3 months
include bug fixes, help and advice.
Satis can provide maintenances and support beyond the warranty period.The cost will be dependent on the complexity of the application and the agreed level of support.
